Cooma Steel Metaland was founded in 1961 and is located on the outskirts of Cooma. Cooma Steel Metaland is in the ideal location to undertake projects throughout the Monaro region, Snowy Mountains, South Coast and the ACT. Whilst Cooma Steel Metaland undertake all types of fabrication work, our speciality is structural steel. We have completed a wide variety of projects in recent years, from ski lift towers and complicated chair parking stations to structural steel for all types of buildings including ski lodges and many large industrial buildings. Two of our projects have been the Aldi Store in Cooma and Rolfe Motors Subaru dealership in Phillip, ACT. Cooma Steel Metaland is also a Metaland dealer reselling all types of steel, Colorbond roofing, Colorbond fencing and rural fencing products. We are an Air Liquide Industrial Gas agent as well as a Ranbuild Shed dealer. Our shopfront has a wide range of Unimig and Lincoln welding machines, welding consumables, Makita power tools, Bremick nuts and bolts and Buildex screws Cooma Steel Metalands focus is meeting its Work Health and Safety obligations whilst delivering its goods and services in a cost effective manner and maintaining quality workmanship.
